ARC FLASH HOOD AFHOOD20
Salisbury’s Arc Flash Hoods (Balaclava) create 360-degree head and neck protection from arc flash dangers, when used with a PRO-SHIELD unit such as the AS1000HAT.
Each Arc Flash Hood is made from breathable rib knit material and has an elastic face opening that retains its shape and size.
They are all composed of two layers throughout.
The AFHOOD10 has an ATPV rating of 10 cal/cm and is made from 20% nomex and 80% Lenzing FR material.
The AFHOOD15 has an ATPV rating of 15 cal/cm and is made from 100% nomex material.
The AFHOOD20 has an ATPV rating of 20 cal/cm and is made from 40% P84, 55% Lenzing FR material and 5% Kevlar.
RECOMMENDED USE: These hoods work well with the AS1000HAT PRO-SHIELD to protect the head from all Angles.
